The first Thursday of EVERY month, our incredible art galleries of Oyster Bay open their doors to begin a month long exhibit featuring an international spectrum of contemporary artists who display their work. Canterbury’s has joined the Art Walk community by offering our front dining room brick wall to showcase a themed exhibit each and every month.  Art Walk Oyster Bay will kick off the first Thursday of every month and run for the entire month.
A limited number of the prints are for sale from each show. Be part of it and walk the Art community…maps available when you visit our restaurant.

SUNDOWN CONCERT SERIES:
Downtown Oyster Bay will again be the place to hear and enjoy live music this summer. Following the enthusiastic response to last summer’s “SUNDOWN” Concert Series, the Oyster Bay Main Street Association (OBMSA) is ready to roll out the musical red carpet for this year’s events. An exciting and varied mix is planned.

The street is closed off to traffic in front of the restaurant and 250-350 of the coolest and most classic cars flood our town. This is Long Island’s largest and biggest outdoor festival of the year. Celebrate the 27th annual Oyster Festival this year. It caps off the fall season every year.
Held the weekend after Columbus Day, October 16 and 17th. It attracts between 150,000 and 200,000 visitors every year. Starting at the top of our block and spanning all the way down to the waterfront (TR Park), this festival has just about everything you could want for the entire family.
